The SlacklifeBC Chest Ascender is a compact, high-efficiency rope ascender. Use with a basic ascender or a handled ascender to easily climb a fixed-line. Ideal for use with a pulley to create a multiplier system while climbing a rope or tensioning your slackline. Use in a pulley system to capture progress.

  • Lightweight Aluminum body
  • Steel cam with inclined teeth grip icy or muddy ropes easily
  • Lower hole is angled to keep the chest ascender flat.
  • Upper hole allows for easy attachment of a shoulder strap to keep the ascender in position
  • Combine with a pulley to create a multiplier when ascending a rope or tensioning your slackline
  • Use in a pulley set as a progress capture device
